Management Systems Coach
Functional Description of the Role:
The Management System Coach plays a pivotal role in guiding organizations towards excellence by providing expert coaching on the implementation and enhancement of management systems. This role involves leveraging extensive experience to conduct impactful coaching sessions, fostering continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness aligned with ISO management standards.
Minimum Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree (4 years of college)
Training Requirement:
Successful completion of a comprehensive 24-hour Management System Coach Course, covering coaching principles, methodologies, and their application within the context of ISO management standards.
Skills and Abilities Requirement:
Certification candidates must have the skills necessary to:
- Facilitate collaborative workshops for effective management system implementation, operation, and improvement.
- Provide strategic guidance, aligning systems with organizational goals during coaching sessions.
- Create a reliable and pleasant coaching environment, implementing techniques to address challenges, including those posed by difficult coaches.
Work Experience Requirement:
To qualify for certification, candidates should have a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Candidates must provide two (2) Letters of Skills Attestation from supervisors or clients, highlighting coaching skills and contributions to the field. Candidates should have demonstrated their expertise by completing a minimum of one implementation project and conducting a minimum of five coaching sessions, showcasing their ability to effectively guide organizations through coaching interventions. To maintain ongoing certification, candidates must continue to conduct a minimum of one coaching session annually, ensuring a consistent and active engagement in the field as a Management System Coach.
